Description to mold to own teeth You have to preform this mouthguard once in boiling water: -Put the kettle on -Pour the boiling water into a bowl -Put the bit in for 10 seconds -Remove it carefully with a spoon -Rinse with cold water (to avoid burns) -Place the mouthguard on your upper jaw as quickly as possible -Push on the upper lip with fingers to mold to teeth, bite it gently -Push on the mouthguard itself with fingers (frontside as well as backside) to further mold to upper jaw -Hold it in for a few minutes -Rinse with cold water -Ready to use.
